What kind of surveys does Navgati offer?
We have standard surveys that you can choose from or we can customize one to meet your unique needs. Our three standard surveys are described briefly below.

“Trust” – A 20 question Leadership Impact Survey: An effective tool to measure how senior management is perceived by employees. Dimensions surveyed include trust that the senior team will take the company into the future, deliver business results and create an organisation where employees are valued.

“Inside- Out” – The 20-question employee engagement survey: Designed to measure immediate manager's effectiveness. Issues that are most critical to an employee's staying with the organization and being engaged are measured here. The survey items were developed in order to bring you a method to examine the commitment, ownership, pride, loyalty, and satisfaction of your employees. Ideally conducted every quarter.

“Synergy” – The 20 question Team Health Survey: A survey that teams of size 15 members or more could use to determine how well they work together. It helps identify team strengths and challenges. It is a good tool for individual members to safely express their concerns, feedback, and ideas. Survey measures team health along the dimensions such as team interaction, creativity/problem solving, trust and respect, etc.
