Aruna Gopakumar is a PGDM from IIM Bangalore (1993) and engineer from Guindy College of Engineering (1991). Set up Navgati 7 years ago. Prior to setting up Navgati, Aruna was heading HR at Sasken Communication Technologies and was part of the HR team at IBM. She has executed 40 large consulting assignments with various organisations.

These have primarily been in the design of competence based performance and interviewing systems, designing HR policies and doing diagnostic studies. She has also led 6 teams that have managed HR in an outsourced manner for organisations. She is an accredited MBTI facilitator. Aruna has conducted over 500 workshops in the areas of interviewing, coaching and performance management.

She has been an advanced Transactional Analysis Trainee for the past two years. She spends a significant amount of time volunteering for non- profits helping them develop their HR capacity
