Chandrika is an HR specialist in the area of Learning and Development, with over 13 years experience in the IT industry. Her last assignment was with Philips Innovation Campus where she was heading the People Development function. In her role she managed the learning and development needs of the organisation that included managing training processes, design and delivery of programmes, alternate development mechanisms for individuals and leaders, and evaluation of programme effectiveness.

As a HR generalist, she has facilitated performance management, selection and employee engagement initiatives. Chandrika has an engineering degree from UVCE, Bangalore with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel management. She has an International Certificate in Training Skills.

At Navgati, Chandrika has conducted over 55 workshops for more than 1200 participants in the area of Interviewing Skills, People management and Campus to Corporate transition.
