As an entrepreneur, he has headed a company that provided Bar Code based solutions and Computer Education. In the area of training, Kedar has delivered skill building programs that include Presentation Skills, Team Working and Cross Cultural Sensitivity for organizations such as Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Hewlett Packard and Hexaware.

An Industrial & Production Engineer from RVCE, Bangalore & a degree holder in Human Psychology, Kedar also has a Foundation Certificate in IT-Service Management (ITIL-EXIN).
