A programme on Transitioning from
Campus to Industry |
| |
On campus, students have norms
different from what they encounter in organisations. When
they start their careers they may need to learn the significance
of commitments, escalation of issues, critical questioning
and flexibility. They normally learn about these the hard
way, during the course of their experience. Being prepared
for this will make it easier for them and certainly bring
a lot of relief to managers. This programme helps make the
transition process simpler, effective and certainly a lot
more fun. |
