This programme focuses on developing skills and beliefs for interacting sucessfully with people. It helps us understand the sources of our discomfort in difficult conversations. Participants will go away from the programme with increased awareness and more behavioral options.

 

At the end of the programme participants will

Increase their beliefs interpersonal style, and needs in relationships

Identify deeply ingrained assumptions that keep relationships stuck

Investigate emotions and learn how to manage strong emotions

Develop skills in empathetic listening
Increase their clarity, power and authenticity in conversations by sharpening verbal and non-verbal skills
Learn what assertiveness is and practise assertiveness in different contexts
Learn conflict resolution techniques
